Things are complicated enough in the IT world without making this more difficult for you. So to this end, we keep things as simple as possible. Labour is fixed at £79.99 per job. Parts are extra but we don’t charge more for data recovery to virus removals. If we are able to diagnose the issue, but you do not go ahead with the repair, we do charge a £39.99 diagnostic fee (The initial Deposit). See our price list below Simple.
This does not include Apple products. Apple products are a per job cost.

Labour costs are capped at £79.99 per job. (We reserve the right to charge £39.99 for an inspection fee if the machine is fixable, but you choose to not to go ahead).

We understand that dropping off and collecting items are time consuming and often difficult to organise.

Here at SCR we will arrange with you a pick up and a drop off time that suits you to return the items to you for just £5.00 each way.
